He acknowledges the mental fortitude required for goalkeeping and the solitary nature of the position. Karius, who has engaged Circum agency, led by former Juventus player Claudio Marchisio and Alessandro Tocci, has been relegated to third choice behind Nick Pope and Martin Dubravka at Newcastle.
