The Buffalo Bills have announced the following updates to their scouting team:

– Matt Bazirgan has been promoted to Director of College Scouting, previously serving as the team’s

Panthers Waive WR RJ Webb - Cat Scratch Reader
Senior Personnel Executive.
– Asil Mulbah has been elevated to Assistant Director of Pro Scouting from his former role as a Pro Scout.
– Keith Jennings, who was previously the team’s BLESTO Scout, is now an Area Scout.
– Darius Vinnett joins as an Area Scout after spending the last 11 seasons with the Arizona Cardinals, most recently as their eastern area scout.
– RJ Webb will transition from a pro scout to the college scouting staff and take on the role of BLESTO Scout.
