BREAKING: Las Vegas Raiders Star Honored After $1 Million Donation
Despite the Las Vegas Raiders’ underwhelming finish last season, Maxx Crosby made a significant impact. His efforts have been recognized by an impressive tribute from his college alma mater.
Drafted by the Raiders in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft, Crosby made an immediate impact. Notably, in Week 11, he sacked Bengals quarterback Ryan Finley four times, earning AFC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Crosby maintained his performance in 2020, tallying seven sacks, 39 tackles, and a blocked field goal, with standout games against the Patriots and Chiefs, sacking quarterbacks Cam Newton and Patrick Mahomes.
Eastern Michigan University unveiled “Crosby Field” yesterday, named in honor of Raiders three-time Pro Bowl DE Maxx Crosby and his wife Rachel. The couple, who met at EMU and were both athletic standouts, made a $1 million donation to the athletic dept. last year.
