BREAKING: FSU Football Beats Out Texas Longhorns For Elite Defensive Tackle
The Seminoles have secured their third commitment to #Tribe25 within just five days. Florida State is gaining momentum in recruiting as June ends. Earlier this week, they landed two blue-chip recruits: four-star defensive tackle Kevin Wynn and four-star wide receiver CJ Wiley. Now, they are closing the week with another high-profile addition.
On Friday afternoon, four-star defensive tackle Myron Charles announced his commitment on social media. After considering offers from top programs like Texas, Florida, and Miami, Charles chose Florida State. This marks another significant success for head coach Mike Norvell and defensive tackles coach Odell Haggins. Florida State managed to secure Charles’ commitment following his official visit, overcoming a strong push from Texas. Charles had also visited Miami and Florida in recent weeks.
Charles joins Wynn in what is shaping up to be one of the best high school defensive line recruitments in years for the Seminoles. Known for his ideal size and athleticism, Charles has the potential to become a standout player at the college level.
