BREAKING: Indiana Hoosiers Confirms Another Top Star Commits
Curt Cignetti and the Indiana Hoosiers have been building significant momentum, recently securing a commitment from Florida wide receiver Myles Kendrick. While currently unrated by 247Sports, Kendrick’s rating is expected to rise with the new evaluations coming out later this summer. Standing at 6’0” and 165 pounds, Kendrick has showcased his versatility playing both cornerback and receiver for the Riverside Generals in Jacksonville, Florida.
Kendrick chose Indiana over offers from South Florida, Michigan State, Appalachian State, Liberty, and Colorado. After an official visit to Bloomington on June 18 and a subsequent trip to Tampa for South Florida, he committed to IU.

Kendrick joins fellow wide receivers Davion Chandler and LeBron Bond in the 2025 class, all of whom are noted for their speed and agility. In addition to football, Kendrick runs track, boasting times of 11.03 in the 100 meters and 23.12 in the 200 meters. During his junior season, he recorded 40 receptions for 710 yards and nine touchdowns, along with 96 rushing yards and another touchdown.
With IU expected to lose several wide receivers after the 2024 season and potential NFL departures from key players like Donovan McCulley, the team aims to add four or five incoming freshmen at the position, alongside a couple of veteran transfers from the portal. Kendrick is a valuable addition as IU looks to bolster its receiving corps.
Hoosier Huddle will continue to provide updates as Indiana builds its 2025 class throughout the summer.
