Report: Five-star breaks down loaded recruitment with blood offers
In recent months, Nate Ament, a top 10 power forward for the 2025 class from Highland in Warrenton, Virginia, has risen to prominence as one of the nation’s leading prospects. The 6’9″, 185-pound five-star athlete is showing immense potential and has a bright future ahead.
Ament has received offers from over 25 Division I programs, elevating his recruitment to blue-blood status. Ranked as the No. 7 overall player, he is now considering college visits and planning the next steps in his recruitment journey.
Recently, Ament received offers from UConn, Kansas State, Kentucky, Notre Dame, Kansas, UNC, and Arkansas. Although he hasn’t scheduled any official visits yet, he may visit Virginia next month, with a tentative date set.
“I might go to UVA from September 13th to 15th,” Ament said. “It’s not confirmed yet, but that’s likely when I’ll go. As for other visits, all the schools that have offered are trying to get me down, but I haven’t finalized anything.”
Ament also discussed his relationship with Virginia and provided insights into his interactions with some of the blue-blood schools now involved in his recruitment during an interview with 247Sports.
