HUGE BOOST: Oklahoma State football Confirms New Contract Agreement With Coach
With the new contracts, Oklahoma State strength and conditioning coach Rob Glass has become the highest-paid strength coach in college football.
STILLWATER, Okla. — Following another 10-win season, Oklahoma State’s football staff is set for significant pay increases.
All 10 assistant coaches received new two-year contracts, with the nine returning coaches earning raises, as initially reported by The Oklahoman. Strength coach Rob Glass also secured an updated five-year deal.
In 2022, Glass, who has been with the Cowboys since 2005, received a salary boost, making him the highest-paid strength coach in college football at $1 million per year. His new raise ensures he remains at the top, earning $1.1 million annually through the 2028 season.
The 10 on-field assistant coaches received two-year contract extensions effective from February. The nine returning coaches received $25,000 raises. Defensive line coach Paul Randolph, hired in January, was given a two-year deal worth $475,000 per year. Associate head coach and offensive coordinator Kasey Dunn received a $100,000 raise, bringing his annual salary to $1 million, now tying him for the 54th-highest paid assistant coach in college football according to USAToday.
After his first season as defensive coordinator at Oklahoma State, Bryan Nardo received a $50,000 raise, bringing his salary to $700,000.

Head coach Mike Gundy’s five-year rollover contract, signed in 2022, remains unchanged, with an annual increase of $125,000 on Jan. 1, bringing his total salary for the 2024 season to $7.75 million.
