DEAL DONE: Alabama confirm crucial 5-Star returning

Jackson Cantwell has announced that he will visit Alabama unofficially on July 28.

Currently a student at Nixa High School in Missouri, Cantwell is expected to become a consensus five-star recruit in the 2026 class.

On Friday, he included Alabama, along with Georgia, Michigan, Ohio State, Oregon, and several others in his top 15. After receiving an offer from Alabama’s new coaching staff in March, Cantwell expressed his confidence in them.

“I believe coach Kap will be an excellent addition to the offensive line group, and coach DeBoer is a proven winner who seems genuinely invested in his players’ success.”

Cantwell, a towering 6-foot-7 tackle, is known for his agility and explosiveness.
