He’s back: Another highly rated star flips from top SEC Rival, rejoins Auburn’s 2025 recruiting class
Four-star Saraland defensive lineman Antonio Coleman is set to join the Auburn Tigers once again.
Coleman initially committed to Alabama in September 2023 but flipped his pledge to Auburn in December. In March, he switched back to Alabama.
After attending Auburn’s Big Cat Weekend recruiting event on Saturday, Coleman announced his commitment to the Tigers via X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.
Standing at 6-foot-2 and 285 pounds, Coleman is ranked as the No. 14 defensive lineman for 2025 and the tenth-rated prospect in Alabama, according to 247Sports.

In his junior year at Saraland in 2023, Coleman recorded 62 total tackles, 22.5 tackles for loss, and four sacks, contributing to the Spartans’ 14-1 record.
With Coleman’s re-commitment, Auburn’s 2025 class now has 18 commitments and is ranked 12th in the country by 247Sports. Coleman became the fifth player to commit during Big Cat Weekend, joining 4-star cornerback Blake Woodby from Baltimore and three 2026 commits.
