BREAKING: Twin Duke 4-star rated targets make big announcement ahead of commitment
Columbus High School (Fla.) seniors Cayden and Cameron Boozer have a strong possibility of becoming the first major recruits for Duke basketball in 2025. The five-star twin sons of 2001 Duke national champion and NBA All-Star Carlos Boozer are set to announce their college decisions next Thursday. Their final choices are between Duke and Miami.
The Boozer twins visited Duke at the end of August, marking their return to Durham after attending a home game last November during their official visit with Coach Jon Scheyer and his staff. They also visited Miami shortly after that.
Cameron, a 6-foot-9, 235-pound power forward, is currently ranked No. 2 overall and No. 1 at his position in the 247Sports 2025 Composite rankings. His brother Cayden, a 6-foot-4, 205-pound point guard, ranks No. 21 overall and No. 4 among point guards. Both received offers from Scheyer in May 2022 and have been top targets for the Blue Devils since then. However, as of now, no predictions have been made by recruiting insiders regarding their choices.
