The former Florida State pledge to Austin pipeline is slowly becoming a thing for the Texas Longhorns and Seminoles. For the second time (and counting), the Longhorns have flipped a Florida State commit, as on Thursday, four-star wide receiver Daylan McCutcheon announced via On3 that he was committing to Texas.
The Lovejoy product ranks as the No. 107 player in the country according to 247Sports’ Composite rankings, adding to an already elite class. The Longhorns currently hold commitments from five-star receivers Jaime Ffrench and Kaliq Lockett. On top of that, they are viewed as the frontrunners for five-star athlete Michael Terry III.
