BREAKING: Ja’Marr Chase receives massive punishment of $19,697 from NFL

Chase was fined $19,697 for unsportsmanlike conduct/violent gesture while celebrating a score. After watching the replay of the play, many fans have expressed their confusion as to why the penalty was called.
