After suffering their third consecutive loss on Monday night, the New York Jets made a bold move by trading for former Packers star Davante Adams. According to Ian Rapoport from the NFL Network, the Jets acquired the star wide receiver from the Las Vegas Raiders in exchange for a conditional third-round draft pick, which could potentially turn into a second-round pick depending on performance metricso New York has generated considerable buzz, as he reunites with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, his former teammate in Green Bay. It’s no surprise to see Davante Adams reuniting with Aaron Rodgers, as much of the trade speculation has centered around the Jets and the New Orleans Saints. The last time they played together was during the 2021 season with the Green Bay Packers.

After that season, Adams was traded to the Las Vegas Raiders for a 2022 first-round pick and a 2022 second-round pick. Meanwhile, Rodgers remained in Green Bay for the 2022 season before being traded to the Jets the following offseasonls on the trade and its implications
