BREAKING: Alabama Football Transfer Portal Tracker: Departures and New Arrivals for the Tide

Starting Monday, undergraduate college football players are eligible to enter the transfer portal, with the window remaining open until December 28 for players from Alabama and other programs.

Alabama has already seen several players decide to enter the portal, and activity picked up on Sunday following the Crimson Tide’s exclusion from the College Football Playoff. Some players had also announced their intentions before Sunday’s news.

As the portal window progresses, here’s a look at the players leaving Alabama so far. While no new players have committed to the Crimson Tide yet, updates will be added to this story as they do.

Leaving Alabama

**Jehiem Oatis**
The defensive lineman from Mississippi chose to sit out the 2024 season early to preserve his redshirt eligibility. Oatis struggled with injuries throughout the offseason leading up to the season.

**Keanu Koht**
Koht contributed as a depth player on the defensive edge for much of the year but was suspended for the LSU and Mercer games before deciding to leave the program.

**Jahlil Hurley**
A redshirt freshman defensive back, Hurley saw limited action on defense but contributed on special teams, recording one tackle during the 2024 season.

**Kobe Prentice**
As a junior wide receiver, Prentice’s role diminished. He finished the season with 11 catches for 129 yards and one touchdown.

**Caleb Odom**
A true freshman wide receiver, Odom stood out for his 6-foot-5, 227-pound frame. He recorded seven catches in 2024.

**Miles McVay**
McVay served as a depth option on the offensive line in his second season at Alabama. A four-star recruit from the 2023 class, he spent two years in Tuscaloosa.

**Kendrick Law**
Law, a wide receiver, started multiple games but struggled with injuries. He managed 10 catches for 105 yards and a touchdown, while also contributing in the running and return games.

**Danny Lewis**
The redshirt sophomore tight end did not record any catches in 2024 and has just one catch during his Alabama career.

**Hunter Osborne**
Osborne, a redshirt freshman defensive lineman, appeared in four games, registering four tackles and a pass breakup this season.

**Naquil Betrand**
Betrand transferred to Alabama from Texas A&M as an offensive lineman in 2024. However, he was removed from the team’s online roster in October.
