BREAKING: Sun Devil Volleyball has added another transfer from Oregon to the 2025 roster

Arizona State volleyball has bolstered its 2025 roster with the addition of Oregon transfer Noemie Glover, a 6-foot-2 junior opposite hitter.

Head coach JJ Van Niel expressed his enthusiasm about the addition, saying, “Noemie is someone I’ve been familiar with for a long time, and I’ve always been impressed with her game. She adds a different dynamic to our team as a very physical lefty, and she connected really well with our team while she was on her visit, so we can’t wait to get her here!”

Noemie Glover’s Career Highlights:

  • Spent her first two collegiate seasons at Oregon, playing a key role in 2024 as the Ducks advanced to the NCAA Regional Semifinals.
  • Totaled 263 kills across all 32 matches in 2024.
  • Set career highs of 15 kills and 10 blocks in a single match.
  • Registered 11 matches with double-digit kills last season.
  • As a freshman in 2023, appeared in eight matches, recording 12 kills and three blocks in 11 sets.

Oregon volleyball downs Portland State in home exhibition match

High School & Club Background:

  • Attended Cathedral Catholic High School, leading her team to a perfect 42-0 season and a California Open Division state title in 2022.
  • Tallied 13 kills, a .550 hitting percentage, and five blocks in the championship match.
  • Played club volleyball for Coast, helping her 17-1 team finish third in the 18 Open division at the 2021 AAU Girls Nationals.

Personal & Academic Interests:

  • Originally from Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
  • Daughter of Laroi and Spring Glover, with two siblings, Laroi Jr. and Sophia.
  • Aspiring to pursue a career in sports broadcasting.

Glover’s physicality, experience, and left-handed attack will add a valuable element to the Sun Devils’ offense as they gear up for the 2025 season.
