BREAKING: NFL analyst shows major disrespect towards Bills in Super Bowl window rankings list
So, I guess making it to the AFC Championship Game last season wasn’t impressive enough?
It feels like every offseason, people doubt the Buffalo Bills—only to be proven wrong more often than not. Last year, the skepticism was understandable. The Bills had just been eliminated by the Kansas City Chiefs for the third time in four seasons and lost several key veterans due to salary cap issues.
Looking ahead to the 2024 season, the Bills weren’t expected to make it as far as they did. They weren’t supposed to clinch the AFC East by Week 13, secure the No. 2 seed in the conference, or reach the AFC Championship Game. Yet, they did.
The reason? Josh Allen. He rightfully deserved the MVP and reminded the league just how dangerous the Bills can be, regardless of who’s on the roster. Sure, they fell to the Chiefs once again, but they were on the verge of a Super Bowl trip to New Orleans.

If last season was considered a “rebuilding year” due to their roster losses, then the Bills should be viewed as one of the most dangerous teams moving forward—at least as long as Allen remains in his prime. But, as always, not everyone shares that belief.
NFL analyst doesn’t believe Bills have a big Super Bowl window
Bucky Brooks of NFL.com recently ranked the eight teams with the biggest current Super Bowl windows. You’d expect the Bills to be in the top three—or at least the top five. But surprisingly, they didn’t make the list at all.
Instead, Brooks ranked the Eagles, Lions, Chiefs, Ravens, Packers, Chargers, Commanders, and Texans ahead of Buffalo. Seriously?
It’s no shock to see teams like the Eagles, Chiefs, Ravens, and Lions included, given their recent success. Even the Commanders making the cut is understandable after reaching the NFC Championship with rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels.

But ranking the Texans and Chargers ahead of the Bills? That’s just nonsense. Sure, both teams have potential, but leaving Buffalo off this list entirely—despite having Josh Allen leading the way—is hard to justify. Any reasonable NFL fan would agree.
The Bills were just in the AFC Championship Game last month, putting up 29 points against the Chiefs. A slightly better defensive effort, and they could have been in New Orleans facing the Eagles for the Lombardi Trophy. To claim they don’t have one of the biggest Super Bowl windows is simply unreal.
