Sutter is set to visit Tuscaloosa on June 20, which will be his final official visit, giving DeBoer and his staff the last opportunity to make an impression. A decision is expected in late June after he wraps up his trips.
It’s clear why Sutter is such a coveted recruit. A dynamic playmaker, he’s ranked as a four-star prospect and the No. 6 tight end in the 2026 class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He’s also the No. 2 player from Illinois in his class.
In about four months, his commitment will be finalized. For now, Alabama fans can be optimistic, as DeBoer appears to be in a strong position to land the talented tight end—a major win for the program.
