Los Angeles Angels star Mike Trout has experienced a lot over his 15-year MLB career. A three-time MVP, 11-time All-Star, and future Hall of Famer, Trout has spent his entire career in the AL West. He doesn’t often get the chance to play in St. Louis against the Cardinals, but when he does, he seems to enjoy the trip. Busch Stadium, known for being one of the top ballparks in Major League Baseball, has a capacity of 44,383 and has been a staple in the city since opening in April 2006. St. Louis is often recognized for its affordability, strong economy, and central location.

In an interview with Joey Schneider of FOX2Now, Trout expressed his appreciation for St. Louis. “I love coming here,” he said. “I love playing here. Obviously, when Albert was here, he talked up so much about it. When I saw the schedule come out and saw that St. Louis was on the schedule, I circled it. I always love coming here.”

Trout was referring to his former Angels teammate Albert Pujols, who spent his first 11 seasons with the Cardinals and became a franchise legend before signing a massive 10-year, $255 million deal to join the Angels. Trout’s comments have sparked trade speculation among fans, with many reacting online. One fan wrote, “He’s a Cardinal.” Another commented, “Mike Trout to the Cardinals confirmed.” Others chimed in with remarks like, “Time to fleece the Angels again,” and “He wants out of Anaheim for sure.”
