Josh Allen is enjoying life more than ever after tying the knot with Hailee Steinfeld. The newlyweds are cherishing every moment together, and Allen is clearly overjoyed to have married his best friend.

The Buffalo Bills quarterback had been preoccupied with wedding preparations in recent months, as he and actress-singer Hailee Steinfeld exchanged vows in Malibu, California. With the NFL season approaching, Allen returned to mandatory minicamp, eager to chase another MVP-caliber campaign.

Speaking to reporters for the first time since camp began, Allen opened up about his wedding, calling it the most exciting and meaningful moment of his life.

Although the event is still a ways off, the Buffalo Bills quarterback is enthusiastic about the chance to play and possibly win a gold medal. He joins a growing list of NFL players interested in competing on the international stage.

“I don’t want to disrespect the athletes already playing flag football, but if I get the opportunity, I’d love to give it a shot,” Allen said. “I’ve always dreamed of competing for my country. Every time the Olympics are on, I’m glued to the screen. There’s really no greater honor. It would be amazing.”

Allen is coming off a strong season with the Bills and remains their starting quarterback heading into the new campaign. While backups may see some time in less competitive matchups, Allen is expected to lead the team throughout the season as he pushes toward a Super Bowl run.
