Chicago Sky standout Angel Reese earned a spot on the 2025 WNBA All-Star team for the second consecutive season, continuing her impressive professional trajectory.

Despite the Sky holding a 7-15 record at the midway point of the season under rookie head coach Tyler Marsh, Reese—formerly of LSU—is putting together another strong year.

She is posting career-high averages with 14 points and 3.8 assists per game, doubling her assist total from last year. Additionally, her 12.6 rebounds per game lead the entire WNBA.

During last weekend’s All-Star Game, Reese teamed up with Dallas Wings rookie guard Paige Bueckers on Team Collier, which defeated Team Clark 151-131.

Following the game, Bueckers shared an Instagram post celebrating her All-Star selection as a rookie, to which Reese replied with a single word—Bueckers’ nickname—“pskiiiii.”

In the All-Star matchup, both players scored six points each. Reese also contributed nine rebounds, two assists, a steal, and finished with a plus-17 rating, while Bueckers added eight assists and two rebounds.

With the All-Star break over, Reese and Bueckers will return to their teams for the season’s second half. The Sky face the Minnesota Lynx, and the Wings take on the Seattle Storm when play resumes Tuesday.
