BREAKING: Alabama Football Flips Mississippi State Commit Adding Top JUCO to Class of 2025

The Alabama Crimson Tide football team received positive news on Monday when Kevonte Henry announced he would flip his commitment from Mississippi State to Alabama, according to On3Sports. Henry, a 3-star defensive lineman from Cerritos College in Lawndale, California, is ranked as the No. 1 JUCO player in California and the No. 2 overall JUCO prospect in the Class of 2025.

Standing 6-foot-4 and weighing 220 pounds, Henry will have two years of eligibility when he joins the Crimson Tide.

With Kevonte Henry’s commitment, Alabama now has 21 players in its Class of 2025, moving the Crimson Tide to the No. 2 overall class ranking. Henry’s decision brings the total number of defensive linemen in the class to three, and he will join Steve Mboumoa as one of the JUCO transfers in this group.
