BREAKING: 5-star WR recruit decommitment with flip to Kentucky
The Kentucky Wildcats are continuing to strengthen their 2025 football recruiting class, this time landing 5 star WR, who announced his commitment on Tuesday.
Miller’s pledge comes at a critical moment for Kentucky, following the recent decommitment of wide receiver Ja’Kayden Ferguson. In response, the Wildcats ramped up their recruiting efforts, culminating in Miller’s decision to join the program.
A 6-foot-3, 190-pound prospect from Illinois, Miller adds size and versatility to Kentucky’s future offense, which is expected to lose key contributors Dane Key and Barion Brown to the NFL Draft this offseason. Ranked 183rd overall in the 2025 class by Rivals, Miller chose Kentucky over an impressive list of suitors, including Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee, and Miami, as well as offers from Ole Miss, UCLA, Texas A&M, and USC.
By securing one of the top remaining pass-catchers in the class, head coach Mark Stoops and his staff have effectively addressed a pressing need, positioning the Wildcats well as they continue building their 2025 recruiting class.
Fans will be watching closely to see who else joins Kentucky in the months ahead.
