Defender Jordan Ridley is anticipated to be sidelined for the next 3-4 weeks due to a minor quad strain. The 25-year-old sustained the injury during the Bombers’ practice match against Geelong, but his recovery timeline appears to be better than initially feared.

Ridley discussed his rehabilitation during the club’s Bomberthon event on Monday morning. Meanwhile, midfielder Ben Hobbs and defender Jake Kelly are both possibilities for the first round, pending their progress through the upcoming week’s training sessions.
