Texas A&M football fans hilariously trolling Longhorns after predictable loss to OSU

As expected, Texas fell to Ohio State, but the way it happened had Texas A&M football fans in stitches—and sparked some epic trolling.

In last night’s semifinal clash, Ohio State entered as the clear favorite. They dominated early, though Texas managed to make it interesting in the second quarter. By the final whistle, the Buckeyes secured a convincing win, with a postgame win expectancy of 99%.

Texas had a chance to tie the game late in the fourth quarter, but a disastrous toss play call by Steve Sarkisian resulted in a seven-yard loss after the Longhorns had reached the one-yard line.

On fourth and goal, Jack Sawyer sealed the deal, returning a fumble for a touchdown.

If you listened closely, you could almost hear Texas A&M fans roaring with laughter, and social media (especially X) exploded with their antics.

At that point, the outcome was all but certain—unless Quinn Ewers could pull off a miracle.

Oh. Never mind. Well, it’s a poetic end to his career in burnt orange.

The loss marks the end of the Longhorns’ season and Ewers’ tenure, with Arch Manning set to take over next year. Texas is also bracing to lose several key players, including much of their offensive line, top defensive linemen, Jahdae Barron, Andrew Mukuba, and others.

In short, this might have been their best shot at a national championship for a while. Naturally, Texas A&M fans took full advantage of the moment, flooding social media with celebratory trolling.
