That said, some fans are now raising eyebrows over how his fiancée responded to a question about their upcoming wedding.
Bills’ Josh Allen Sees Fiancée Give Confusing Wedding Update
It was reported that Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and Into the Spider-Verse actress Hailee Steinfeld got engaged during the 2024 NFL season. Despite their celebrity status, the couple has mostly kept their relationship out of the spotlight.
Steinfeld has made several appearances in New York City this month to promote her upcoming film, Sinners. While most questions during her recent press junket focused on the movie, a reporter from Extra shifted gears and asked about her engagement to Allen.
When asked about wedding planning, Steinfeld didn’t share much, explaining that her attention is currently on her film’s release.
“We are in the middle of a press tour. We got a movie coming out in 12 days? Six, something. We’re focused on that,” she said.
It’s possible Steinfeld will have more to share with the public later this year, though she’s under no obligation to reveal any wedding details. And it seems unlikely that Allen will share much either. Still, he did open up about the moment he proposed, admitting just how nerve-wracking it was.
“I was very nervous,” Allen told Steinfeld. “I think I was most nervous about you finding out about the proposal. It was hard to keep secrets from you and have other people in your life keep secrets from you. Then multiple times throughout the day a song would come on and I would tear up thinking about how special our day was going to be.”
Allen also publicly honored Steinfeld during the NFL Honors ceremony in February, calling her his “rock.”
Time will tell if this high-profile couple makes it down the aisle before the 2025 NFL season kicks off.
