On Monday, Topps announced via Instagram the release of a one-of-a-kind card featuring an authentic game-worn gold patch from one of Skubal’s 2025 appearances.
Skubal himself later reposted the announcement on his Instagram story, clearly excited about the card drop, adding a string of celebratory emojis.

While Red Sox ace Garrett Crochet remains a strong contender for this year’s Cy Young, former Padres standout Jake Peavy has thrown his support behind Skubal to win the award again in 2025.
Peavy also praised Skubal’s impressive arsenal of pitches.
