The Michigan football team has a strong chance to secure another major commitment as one of their top targets is set to announce his decision in less than two weeks. Five-star wide receiver Andrew Marsh is giving serious consideration to the Wolverines and will reveal his college choice on August 20th. Marsh is deciding between Michigan, Texas, USC, Washington, and Colorado.
“NEWS: Five-Star WR Andrew Marsh is down to 5 Schools, he tells me for @on3recruits,” tweeted Hayes Fawcett. “The 6’2″, 180-pound WR from Katy, TX will announce his Commitment on August 20th. Where Should He Go?”
Ranked as the #58 player in the 2025 recruiting class by 247 Sports, Marsh is the #8 wide receiver and the #13 player in the state of Texas. He currently attends Katy Jordan High School in Fulshear, Texas. Securing a recruit from the Longhorns’ backyard would be a big win for Michigan football.

Michigan football recently picked up an expert prediction to land Andrew Marsh
Michigan football received some encouraging news as they recently gained an expert prediction in favor of securing a commitment from Andrew Marsh. If Marsh decides to join, it would give a significant boost to the Wolverines’ 2025 recruiting class.
“Michigan insider @LibbyOn3 has logged an expert prediction for the Wolverines to land 5-star WR Andrew Marsh,” On3 Recruits shared in a post. “Marsh ranks No. 62 nationally and No. 11 among wide receivers in the 2025 class.”
Michigan is aiming for a top-10 recruiting class in 2025, and landing Marsh would be a major step toward that goal. Although the class got off to a slow start, the Wolverines have had a strong summer on the recruiting trail and are looking to maintain that momentum. Currently ranked #15 in the nation, Michigan’s ranking should improve if Marsh commits. This class has the potential to be one of the best in the country.
