DODGERS REPORT: 2 Dodgers Prominent Players Start Rehab Tuesday in Triple-A
On the same day, Yoshinobu Yamamoto will make his second rehab start for Oklahoma City, which will be hosting Sugar Land, the Astros’ Triple-A affiliate.
Graterol, who faced live hitters before Saturday’s game in Arizona, last pitched for the Dodgers on August 6 before suffering a hamstring strain that was initially feared to be season-ending. However, his recovery has progressed better than expected.
“Considering where he was after his first outing back with us, and to have this conversation about early September, it’s great,” manager Dave Roberts said at Dodger Stadium on Wednesday. “Brusdar has been so valuable for us each year, and especially in the postseason.”
