Standing at six-foot-seven and weighing 327 pounds, Rosenthal transferred to the University of Kentucky in 2021, where he showcased his versatility by starting 12 games at left tackle. The 24-year-old prospect has also participated in minicamps with the Atlanta Falcons and played for the USFL’s Philadelphia Stars and XFL’s DC Defenders.
Meanwhile, Bell brings a formidable presence to the defensive line, having played 37 collegiate games at the University of Houston. During his time with the Cougars, he amassed impressive statistics, including 83 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss, eight sacks, and one forced fumble.
At six-foot-one and 275 pounds, Bell earned recognition as an All-Conference player by Pro Football Focus in his senior year. Notably, he was ranked fifth nationally among edge rushers by the same organization. The 25-year-old hails from New Orleans and began his collegiate career at Iowa Western, where he played a key role in the team’s success, culminating in a 10-1 record and a bowl game victory in his second season.
With these signings, the Toronto Argonauts aim to strengthen their roster ahead of the 2024 regular season opener, scheduled for Sunday, June 9, when they will face the B.C. Lions at BMO Field.
