OFFICIAL COMMITMENT JUST IN: Tennessee confirm five-star done deal just now
Tennessee basketball is hosting two five-star recruits for official visits this weekend, coinciding with UT’s football game against Kent State, which will be the season’s first night game at Neyland Stadium.
The Vols will welcome five-star big man Chris Cenac, as reported by GoVols247 last week, along with five-star guard Darius Adams. Tennessee head coach Rick Barnes and assistant coach Justin Gainey visited Adams on September 4, the first day recruiting reopened after August’s dead period.
Cenac is ranked No. 10 overall and the top center by 247Sports, though he’s being recruited as a power forward. Adams holds the No. 22 overall ranking and is the No. 4 shooting guard.
